Sr. Ng See Eng Licensed Land Surveyor / Managing Director
Sr. Ng See Eng graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Surveying (Land) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 1987. He has been practicing land surveying for over 20 years. From 2000 -2002, he was General Manager of Engineering Division of Jurukur Perunding Kuala Lumpur. During his services have completed various of engineering and land development project such as Bandar Sunway Housing Development, West Port Development, Kuala Lumpur Sentral Development, North South Highway Centre Link, Electrified Double Track from Rawang to Ipoh and Mid-valley City Commercial Development. He is a Licensed Land Surveyor experienced in infrastructure and property development sectors. Presently he is the Managing Director of Studioukur Geomatics Sdn Bhd and practicing as consultant in land developments majoring in land law and regulations pertaining to land matters and issues. He has given various talks on the gated and guarded community property trend and land uses and practices in Malaysia. Sr Ng See Eng holds membership to various organizations and institutions. He is the Member of the The Institutions of Surveyors, Malaysia (Geomatics and Land Surveying Division), member of Persatuan Jurukur Tanah Malaysia and member and registered land surveyor of Land Surveyors Board. He also was holding the Secretary positions of Seri Petaling Residents Associations and Langsari Business Centre Management Corporation. He is actively involved in few others community sevices.
Sr. Goh Leong Sen Licensed Land Surveyor / Executive Director / General Manager
Sr. Goh Leong Sen graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Engineering (Geomatics) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2000. He then completed his Master Degree in Land Adminstration and Development from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2002. He has been practicing land surveying for over 8 years. From 2000 – 2003, he was acting as Project Manager of Jurukur Megah Jaya, Skudai Johor. He is a Licensed Land Surveyor experienced in infrastructure and property development sectors. Presently he is the Director and acting as a General Manager of Studioukur Geomatics Sdn Bhd. He is the Member of the The Institutions of Surveyors, Malaysia (Geomatics and Land Surveying Division), member of Persatuan Jurukur Tanah Malaysia and member and registered land surveyor of Land Surveyors Board

Haji Ismam Bin Mahad graduated with an Honours Diploma of Surveying (Land) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 1989. He has been practicing land surveying for over 19 years. From 1990 - 2002, he was acting as Senior Draught person of Engineering Division of Jurukur Perunding Kuala Lumpur. He was experienced in management and processing of spatial information’s, surveying and mapping.
Hafiz Bin Ahmad Executive Director
Hafiz Bin Ahmad graduated with an Honours Diploma of Surveying (Land) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 1991. He has been practicing land surveying for over 18 years. He has started his career as a Technician Processor with Landsoft Sdn Bhd Kuala Lumpur from 1992 – 1994. From 1997 -2000 he was acting as Project Manager with Konsortium Kumpulan Jurukur Sepang and completed various survey assignment of KLIA development. He was experienced in management and processing of spatial information’s, surveying and mapping.
